There’s nothing I like more than chocolate + peanut butter. Yummers! And, don’t worry, if you don’t eat PB, you can definitely swap with any nut and seed butter.
I’m sure that you’ve heard the term or diet called, keto. So what’s keto exactly?
“Ketogenic” is a term for a low-carb diet with a high focus on fats.
The idea is for you to get more calories from protein and fat and less from carbohydrates. You cut back most on the carbs that are easy to digest, like sugar, soda, pastries, and white bread.
Now, I don’t personally follow a ketogenic-style of eating. But I definitely focus on a low carb, higher fat eating lifestyle where most of my carbs come from vegetables.
This style of eating has helped me to manage my weight, blood sugar and energy tremendously. It’s really been a game changer for me personally. And, that’s not to say that I don’t enjoy pizza, and pasta because I do. It’s just not an everyday thing.
Now onto this recipe. It only has 4 ingredients! Peanut butter, coconut oil, cocao powder, and sweetener.
