
Did you walk into a coffee shop today and ask the barista for a “regular”?
There seems to be as many different coffee concoctions as there are differences of opinion and taste.
This is the recipe of my morning elixir which I I drink ‘errrr morning. Well, water before coffee of course.
My daily super-charged coffee is full of fat, fiber, protein, and adaptogens. And, what it does is it keeps me full and energized throughout the morning, whether I eat breakfast or not.
I will also sub coffee for matcha. Matcha has all those amazing antioxidants and calming properties from L-Theanine.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

I do practice cyclical fasting and when I do fast, this is what I drink and it keeps my energy up until my first meal around 12noon. It’s not exactly a bulletproof coffee as it has a few more ingredients to help to support my blood sugar and to keep my energy high and my brain focused!
Here’s my recipe:
Ingredients
2 cups of organic coffee, ideally french pressed
1 tsp brain octane (from Bulletproof) or regular MCT Oil
1 scoop of grass fed collagen (or sub 1 T of hemp hears)
3 T of coconut cream/milk or 1 T of cacao butter
1/2 tsp of ashwaganda powder
Directions
Place everything into a blender for 30 seconds. Enjoy!
