
This KETO NUT BUTTER COCO-WHIP is aaaaamazing!!! I’ve been enjoying this for breakfast this past week. Yes…breakfast!
🥑I have absolutely no fear of fats and I likely consume 10-20% of my diet with things like olives, avocados, olive oil, hemp hearts, grass-fed meats/salmon, and in this case, coconut cream.

Without a doubt in my mind, incorporating healthier fats in my diet has helped with better weight management, mood and even sleep.

**Nut/Seed Butter Coco-Whip**⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1 can coconut cream refrigerated overnight⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1 T yacon⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1 tsp vanilla ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
2 T sunflower seed protein powder from @yupik.ca or any nut/seed butter/powder⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Dash cinnamon⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Top with Bluebs⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Whip all ingredients in a mixer, top with bluebs. Voila!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
