
I love me some avocado and toast. But honestly, you need to roll me out of the restaurant after that bread-load.
I’m not a bread person. You’ll never hear me say “I would love to eat a baguette right now”. I guess that’s a good thing???
In any case, I wanted to come up with a replacement because I love the healthy fats from avocado and it’s nice to enjoy it outside of a standard salad which, quite frankly, I’m tired of.

You can upgrade this toast anyway you like it but I’m really enjoying it this way: ripe, yet firm avocado, goat feta (or cow), black sesame seeds, olive oil and a sprinkle of fleur de sel (that’s fancy sea salt).
Here’s the thing about goat feta: if you don’t tolerate dairy as much, goat milk has enzymes in it that make it a little more tolerable to digest.

Ingredients
1 ripe avocado
2 medium sized pieces of the Grain Free Savoury Seed Cracker.
1/3 cup goat feta
1 tablespoon black sesame seeds
Sea salt to taste
Drizzle of olive oil
