I think we’re all in agreement that the best way to incorporate greens into your diet is through smoothies and juices. Juicing, in particular, was such a game changer for me – that instant impact of vitamins and minerals to my system! This is my favourite green smoothie and I drink it daily. But, I needed to switch things up and create my own signature green bevie.

Don’t be scared of this green smoothie. Even though it has a full two cups of spinach (I actually put 3 cups!), the banana and pineapple blend it out. Super antioxidants and you’re skin will love you!
2 cups of organic greens (spinach, romaine, kale or a mixture)
1 Scoop of Genuine Health Vegan Fermented Protein
1 lemon
1 inch, ginger, peeled
2 tsp of cinnamon
1 tsp of turmeric
1 tbsp of chia seeds
1 tbsp of flax
2 tbsp of oil such as flax/omega blend/coconut oil
1 cup of frozen/fresh pineapple or blueberries (omit completely and add 2 drops stevia for low sugar)
4 cups of water, or non-dairy milk (I like a mixture of both)
